Toshiteru Shibaike, a laywer at Tokyo Public Law Office, made an allegation to ban the visitation between an innocent father and the child. The family court did NOT accept this stupid allegation. Shibaike was abandoned by the judge and the child. He spontaneously made an allegation but finally the custody was approved for the father.
