This attorney addressed how to abduct children at the Hague Convention seminar, in Paris on 15 May 2018.
The attorney was dispatched from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Japan Federation of Bar Association (JFBA).
A member of the House of Councilors argued the said seminar by Shibaike on 24th March, 2020.
